Henry Deane, the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade, reveals the building’s modern and sophisticated charm. Spread across two floors, the contemporary cocktail lounge provides uninterrupted Sydney views no matter which way you look.
The cocktail lounge spreads itself over levels 4 and 5 of Hotel Palisade, and serves both lunch and dinner, the menu created and led by Head chef Cian Mulholland is designed to be shared and compliments the surrounding Harbour. Come for the food and drinks, stay for the breath taking Harbour views.
