A credit card deposit of $50 will be required at time of booking for smaller groups of 2-3 & $100/$200 for groups 4-6, this will be redeemable against your bill on the night. Strictly 2 hour sittings.

For groups of 8-10 you can be booked into our semi private areas Flying Fox (level 5) or Dining Chamber (level 4) minimum spends apply.

Booking times for Thursday:

4pm – 6pm / 6pm – 8pm / 8pm – 10pm

Booking times Friday to Sunday:

12pm – 2pm / 2pm – 4pm / 4pm – 6pm / 6pm – 8pm / 8pm -10pm

About

Henry Deane, the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade, reveals the building’s modern and sophisticated charm. Spread across two floors, the contemporary cocktail lounge provides uninterrupted Sydney views no matter which way you look.

The cocktail lounge spreads itself over levels 4 and 5 of Hotel Palisade, and serves both lunch and dinner, the menu created and led by Head chef Cian Mulholland is designed to be shared and compliments the surrounding Harbour.  Come for the food and drinks, stay for the breath taking Harbour views.

Host a group of friends for any of your small gatherings, exclusive soirees or late night revelries in one of our Private Part.

All group bookings – large and small – can be hosted in one of four spaces. All of which have glorious views of the harbour and are sun-filled. The rooms are private and are perfect for groups of 10 – 50, with catering and table service available.

Whether you are in search of an exclusive space, or simply hiding from the crowd, these beautifully designed rooms by Australian designer, Sibella Court, are both luxurious and intimate.
