Henry Deane, the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade, reveals the building’s modern and sophisticated charm. Spread across two floors, the contemporary cocktail lounge provides uninterrupted Sydney views no matter which way you look.
The cocktail lounge spreads itself over levels 4 and 5 of Hotel Palisade, and serves both lunch and dinner, the menu created and led by Head chef Cian Mulholland is designed to be shared and compliments the surrounding Harbour. Come for the food and drinks, stay for the breath taking Harbour views.

All group bookings – large and small – can be hosted in one of four spaces. All of which have glorious views of the harbour and are sun-filled. The rooms are private and are perfect for groups of 10 – 50, with catering and table service available.
Whether you are in search of an exclusive space, or simply hiding from the crowd, these beautifully designed rooms by Australian designer, Sibella Court, are both luxurious and intimate.

Henry Deane – Level 5 “ The Flying Fox is our only group booking space on level 5, it’s a semi private lounge which holds up to 10 guests and has the most exquisite 360 degree views over the harbour, encased in glass, this spot will really wow your guests.
Graze away menu for group bookings is not available for the flying fox, please see our food menu for Henry Deane which you can select from prior or on the day.

The Push and The Linnean located on Level 4 of Hotel Palisade welcome your private lunches, late night revelries & exclusive cocktail parties. The Push takes its name from a notorious larrikin gang kicking around the hood in the late 1800s. Just next door is The Linnean which derives its name from the great Linnean Society of London – a league of brilliant minds with a penchant for the scientific and historic.
Each room offers intimacy and exclusivity from the general public and is ideal for hosting those more decadent events as you are provided with your own personal waitstaff. Both rooms lead onto a terrace balcony perfect for knocking back one of our signature cocktails and taking in the views of the beautiful and picturesque Millers Point, Harbour Bridge and Sydney city skyline.
The rooms may be hired individually with a capacity of 15-20 guests for The Linnean and 25-30 guests for The Push. Alternatively, combine the rooms for soirees of up to 50 guests and enjoy an exclusive night to remember.

The Dining Chamber is located on Level 4 of Henry Deane and offers private dining of supreme accord. The area, encased in glass and flooded with natural light, comfortably fits 13 guests seated or a group of 15 guests for a cocktail-style soiree.
The space boasts views of the newly developed Barangaroo and water views, and includes the luxury of a private curtain to pull across should you prefer a more private and intimate experience for you and your guests. Conveniently, the space is also positioned next to our level 4 bar, which means you’ll always have a cocktail in hand.
Groups of 13 and less may choose from the menu of share plates available for all smaller bookings while a party of 15 need to pre-order in advance from the Graze Away which is from our canape menu for larger groups.
